Did you know that the Wisconsin DNR has designated Lake Beulah as “High-Quality Waters”? The lake’s water quality is closely tied to its watershed—the land that drains into it. Native habitats like Beulah Bluff Preserve help filter and clean water as it flows into the lake. They also provide a home for beneficial insects and wildlife.
Did you know that Beulah Bluff Preserve was protected with funds from the Knowles Nelson Program? A program that protects land in Wisconsin and provides people with access to fishing and boating areas. Knowles Nelson partners with land trusts, state agencies, and towns to provide access to open space for all. Learn more about Knowles Nelson and voice your support of natural areas, land protection and more, for future generations to come.
