DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, May 11 from 8:00-10:00 a.m.\, with check-in\, coffee and muffins at 8:00 in the pavilion\, the hike begins at 8:30 a.m. \nPlease join us for a morning bird hike at Price Park\, N6418 Hodunk Rd\, Elkhorn\, WI 53121. \nKevin Dickey\, chapter president for the Lakeland Audubon Society will lead our hike. Wear sturdy walking shoes\, dress for the weather\, and bring binoculars and a birding guide if you have them. We’ll have a few spare binoculars and guides to share\, and will also discuss the use of E-Bird birding App to help keep track of what we observe. We’ll discuss basic use of binoculars\, introduction to birding and hike to explore the prairie and woodland bird habitats at Price Park. \nFree. Registration required. DESCRIPTION:Join us for our fourth Saturday Stewardship Day at Beulah Bluff Preserve to help get the trails ready for summer hiking and welcome the spring ephemerals. Come anytime between 10:00 a.m-2:00 p.m. – snacks\, water and lemonade provided. Dress for the weather. Ages 18 and up\, no experience needed. Children under 18 welcome with adult chaperone\, gain service hours and experience in the conservation field. \nRegister here.  \nWorkday may be cancelled or rescheduled in the case of inclement weather.  \n
