SUMMARY:Volunteer Stewardship Work Day February 17th
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nWant to get some winter exercise and learn about Walworth County prairies? There will be a work day from 9 a.m. to noon at the Adelman-Schwartz preserve in North Lake. \nThis small dry prairie on the north shore of North Lake (Walworth County) is owned by The Prairie Enthusiasts and protected by a conservation easement held by the Kettle Moraine Land Trust. The preserve is located in the Town of Sugar Creek (northwest of Elkhorn). Meet at the intersection of Blue Wing Rd. and North Lakeshore Drive. Park on Blue Wing Rd. We will be working on removing invasive species.  Bring gloves wear boots\, and bring loppers if you have them. \nNew volunteers are always welcome.
