DESCRIPTION:Join us for a joint meeting of the Kettle Moraine Chapter –  Wild Ones and Kettle Moraine Land Trust with a presentation by Raymond Wiggers\, author and natural history expert\, on “Geology at the Local Level.” \nThe talk will discuss local earth history from bedrock to Ice Age landmarks and tell how our area’s modern landscape and human settlement patterns have been shaped by the massive geologic forces of changing climate\, glaciers\, invading seas and shifting continents…and how Wisconsin’s prairies\, wetlands and forests have helped shape the landscape too. \nEveryone is welcome and there is no charge for attending.
