SUMMARY:Candlelight Ski and Hike in the Kettle Moraine State Forest
DESCRIPTION:Ski or hike the 1.6 mile Purple Loop of the Nordic Trail through the woods that will be illuminated by 450 candles! No hills – no spills! There will be a bonfire to roast marshmallows or cookout. Food will be available for purchase\, provided by the Kettle Moraine Natural History Association. \nAll vehicles will need a vehicle admission sticker. Get more information at the Wisconsin DNR website\, dnr.wi.gov. This is a Wisconsin DNR hosted event so for additional details please contact DNR staff at: 262-594-6200. \nThe Nordic Trail is located on Highway H about 4 miles south of Palmyra and 1.5 miles north of LaGrange.
